Bernd, the translator of the Yogani books and the FYÜ website, is a German yogi who has been on the 
spiritual path since he was 18 years old. In 1985 he entered the "I AM" Activity and learned the application of the "I AM" there.
After reading Parmahansa Yogananda's "Autobiography of a Yogi" in 1987, he ordered the teaching letters from the SRF and has now been practicing Kriya Yoga 
for over 33 years.

Bernd is supported by Nazire, a longtime yoga teacher.

He has gained insight into many spiritual groups and movements and is convinced of the need for the 
spread of yogic knowledge in our time. He considers Yogani's concept, which is very similar to Kriya 
Yoga, to be very valuable and promotes its spread.

Bernd is supported by Nazire, a longtime yoga teacher who has been practicing Yogani since 2017. 
Nazire will be giving a gentle yoga class in the morning. In the afternoon, Bernd leads a more 
demanding yoga class.

Das Seminarhaus SPIRITUELL-ER-lEBEN im Rittergut in Irfersgrün ist noch im Entstehen begriffen. Seit Frühjahr 2023 werden dort bereits Seminare abgehalten. Irfersgrün ist ein kleiner Ort im Vogtland (Sachsen). Das Rittergut war während der DDR-Zeit ein Fortbildungszentrum. Nach der Wende wurde es zu einem Restaurant mit Pension umgebaut. Nun soll die Nutzung erweitert werden.

Direkt am Objekt stehen Parkplätze zur Verfügung.

Die Unterbringung erfolgt in der Pension Rittergut. Man kann auch in nahegelegenen Pensionen und Hotels, auf dem Campingplatz Irfersgrün oder im Feriendorf Vogtland übernachten.

The theme of the retreat will be the creative power of "I AM".

During the meditation we will focus only on the sound of "I AM". But it is good to have some deeper thoughts about the whole content of this expression of the individual and cosmic being and creative action and its various possibilities of use. Therefore, we will also practice asanas with "I AM" affirmations and address the "I AM" (among various other topics) in the evening sessions.

Each participant will receive the "I AM" discourses of Saint Germain as an e-book in the original English and as a German translation for (optional) preparation and seminar accompaniment after registration. 

This retreat is suitable for practitioners of all levels. All instructions for the exercises will be given (during the first days).
Retreats give us the opportunity to go deeper into our practice than we can in daily life and to cultivate stillness and silence in a more profound way.

None of the yoga or meditation sessions are compulsory, so it is possible to practice at whatever pace suits you. Practices include asanas, Spinal Breathing Pranayama, Deep Meditation and Samyama. There are also Satsang sessions, which are an opportunity to ask questions on yoga and to gain an understanding of yogic philosophy.

No previous experience of yoga is necessary to come on a retreat, as all the practices will be taught whilst you are there. There will be time for questions and answers in group sessions.

Practices will include Asanas, Meditation, Spinal Breathing Pranayama and Samyama as well as other yoga practices.  The focus of the retreat will be on the cultivation of inner silence, purification using pranayama and self-inquiry (jnana yoga). This retreat is suitable for people of all levels of ability. Full instructions on practice will be given.

All food on retreat is vegetarian and other special diets such as vegan or gluten free etc. can be catered for if you let us know in advance.

The language of instruction is German and, if required, to a lesser extent English.
